Project background

The Center for Exceptional Children was created through an international collaboration of SIMC lead experts and partners from Switzerland and China. The SIMC team assembled the experts and worked with them to adapt the concept of care to the needs of Chinese children and families. On behalf of its clients, SIMC managed the project from conception to delivery leveraging its operations and teams in Switzerland and China.

The project is about 72.5 mu, the building area is 60,000 square meters, with a capacity for 500 resident guests and students.

Project partners

The core concept of care was adapted from a model developed by the Institution of Lavigny in Switzerland. The Center for Exceptional Children is supported and made possible by the partnership with Sinopharm Capital.
